The Croft is a beautiful, spacious and comfortable self catering let - with cosy underfloor heating throughout, it is perfect for family or group holidays at any time of the year. The Croft has one double and one twin/triple bedroom (2 or 3 singles) and a large wet-room style bathroom with walk-in shower.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a large lounge-diner with two sofas, digital TV, a selection of books and games, a DVD player and bluetooth/iPod dock radio/stereo. There is a dining table and chairs for 6 and a window seat with views across the farm to the sea.

Outside is a small sheltered garden with picnic table and a BBQ. The Croft is set in a peaceful location, in the heart of our dairy farm, close to the islands beautiful beaches and breathtaking walks. Changeover day is normally on a Tuesday. Winter lets are available in The Croft - out of the main season we offer short breaks (minimum 3 nights).

Rates are per week and include bed linen, towels, electricity and transport for luggage across the island.

One dog is permitted in The Croft by prior arrangement, at an extra charge of £4.50 per night.

One extra person can be accommodated by prior arrangement at an extra charge of £120 per week, (no extra charge for infants in cots). Please consult us before bringing an extra person so that we can advise on the suitability of the accommodation.

A travel cot and highchair can also by supplied free of charge on request.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required for self-catering bookings. Bookings cancelled less than 8 weeks before arrival date will be liable for full payment. If possible we will re-let, in which case we will retain the deposit as cancellation charge but will refund any balance paid.
